Where do you ship to?

We ship our corporate gifts, night lights, and more around the world, bringing the joy of an unforgettable gift to every corner of the globe. If you live in a location we currently don't service, simply reach out to us at lightboxforyou@gmail.com

What the estimated processing time?

The time required to prepare an order for shipping is 1-4 business days for the USA and 3-5 business days for Europe and the rest of the world. However, we always strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that we prepare and ship orders on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as shipping days. Additionally, it's important to understand that processing, preparing, and shipping are three distinct processes, each with its own timeline.

Do you offer express shipping

Yes! However, this option is currently available only for select products. If your order qualifies, you will see "Express Shipping" as an option at checkout.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary since we offer a diverse range of products with different sizes and weights. Additionally, the shipping fee is influenced by the destination. Please review the shipping cost for your selected items during checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

How do i change my shipping address?

Does the price include any additional payments?

Our prices do not include VAT, GST, or any other country-specific taxes. International customers who are subject to customs fees will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authorities requesting payment in order to process your order through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way to avoid customs fees. Once you complete the payment to the customs broker, your order will be processed for final delivery

Taxes and customs fees* can vary.

Due to the size of the package, you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. The amount of these fees depends on your country's regulations and typically ranges from $5 to $50. LightBoxforYou is not responsible for these charges.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for items that are not personalized, custom-made, or on clearance within 30 days of receiving your package.

How can I return or exchange my order?

Please contact our managers to initiate a return or exchange:

  • All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping fees for exchanged items.

Replacement:

If we made an error in personalizing your order, we will gladly send you a replacement for the personalized item.

When can items not be exchanged?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items.

We also do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to a wrong image or misspelled text provided by you.

When are refunds not possible?

Please note: We refund the cost of the products, but shipping fees will be deducted from the product price in the following cases:

  • If the customer was unavailable during delivery.
  • If the customer provided an invalid phone number or email address.
  • If the item is returned by the postal service for these reasons, we are not responsible for the costs.
  • If the customer refuses the package without a valid reason, the package will be returned to us, and we will not cover the costs.
